Should blame Robert Green for America's goal?

Nobody should blame Robert Green for America's goal and he certainly shouldn't blame himself.
As soon as Clint Dempsey shot, you could see Green plant himself to get in line and then the ball skewers on to the side of his hands. There is no way with his hand-to-eye co-ordination that he'd miss that unless the ball deviated. You are going to see a lot of goalkeeping errors in this World Cup.
